How do I convert an MP3 to sheet music?

3. Press Recreate. The song is split into its parts, each part is transcribed, and the file downloads on its own when it is ready, usually after a few minutes. You can leave the page while it runs.
What is on the PDF?
A lead sheet: the melody on the top staff with chord symbols above it and the bass line underneath, which is what you need to play, sing or learn a song.
The notes are tidied for reading: snapped to a grid, short gaps held instead of written as rests, and the key signature chosen from the notes themselves.

Can I edit the sheet music?
Yes. Choose MusicXML and open the file in MuseScore, Sibelius, Dorico or Logic Pro.
You get every part except the drums as a score you can play back, correct, transpose and print as separate parts.
How accurate is it?
It is an AI transcription, so treat the result as a draft and expect to correct a few notes.
What transcribes well: clear arrangements, songs recorded to a click, a single sung or played melody, a voice memo of an idea.
What needs more fixing: dense or heavily processed mixes, and live or rubato recordings that drift against a fixed tempo.
Can it transcribe a whole band, not just one instrument?
